Aspiration Towards Innovation, Development, and Excellence (AIDE) Private Limited was founded in July 2024 by a team of WASH professionals, engineers, and development practitioners who shared one conviction: that Bangladesh's communities deserve world-class environmental services designed for their specific context.
Operating from Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, AIDE works at the intersection of technical rigour and ground-level community understanding. Our Joint Venture model means we lead the thinking — planning, design, QA, and supervision — while trusted field partners handle execution, ensuring quality at every stage.
From rural tube wells to municipal waste management systems, from school WASH programmes to government capacity building, AIDE is building the infrastructure and institutions that will carry Bangladesh toward a more resilient future.
